Well, I succumbed to my cold today. It isn't actually that bad, but enough to keep me on the couch all day. Once, just after lunch, I started thinking I could push through and finish up at the restaurant. But then I decided to just rest.
I'm a little disappointed I mostly watched TV all day. I did get a bit of reading in. Some kitty time.
I love it when she's lying on me, and she lays her head against my chest. It's a very human gesture. It communicates that she is taking great comfort in me. I don't know if I'm reading too much into it, but it warms my heart anyway.
And then she gets all fighty and bitey. Oh well. She's cute then, too.
